Refunds are not granted when:

  • The service was used substantially or consumed (e.g., uploads, views, analytics usage).

  • The user violated Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

  • The product is a digital, instantly delivered service.

Time Frames

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment (unless otherwise stated).

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after we confirm the request.

  • Bank or card delays may apply depending on your provider.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the transaction.

  • If that is not possible, a wallet credit or bank transfer may be arranged after verification.

Partial Refunds & Plan Upgrades

  • Filing a dispute without notice may cause temporary account suspension.
